As like the artist above i would like to thank you for playing Space rocks keep falling…..
I find it impossable to write songs that are made up and meaning nothing.Of course my songs can be interpreted as a mad opinion and not a holding up the mirror to life as it where….
I decided after 9/11 that i could not write songs that carried no meaning,or so abstract that no one else could understand what was being sung, communicated. I an cursed or blessed depending on which angle your coming from in being able to write music which for some unknown reason to me people kind of like, and will play.
Just as you yourself did…this i thank you for once again.
One always hopes others will open to what one has to say,(just as it is your hope maybe , that people will listen into your podcasrs) mull over it and take it on board or discard it, listen to or not that is ones right.Though in some cases one must realise that truth is truth whether one believes it to be or not.Truth is oblivious to opinions and thoughts.
I have not been completely surprised by the seeminingly quiet response from the so called mainstream music artists.A truthful Sir Bobert is /was definitely needed for a rock against the lie global concert.Wars kill just like famines do they not,and in some cases actually cause famine.
But Bobert told artists they could not mention anything like that at his G boy concert.
Anyways i waffle on when what i wrote for was to say…thanks for playing the music, because without people like you i might as well be playing in a vacuum to myself, which i would do regardless because i do for some strange reason like to just sit around playing instruments some days.
thanks
Murphy
Away With The Fairys
